Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEYS COULD NOT BE TURNED IN THE IGNITION TO START THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000. UPDATED 6/15/12 *CN THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE IGNITION HAD TO BE REPLACED AND THE KEYS WERE REPROGRAMMED. UPDATED 06/20/12
