Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 42 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND DISCOVERED THAT THE FRONT COIL SPRINGS WERE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTICS OR REPAIRS. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 73,000.
