Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500 EQUIPPED WITH GOODYEAR WRANGLER AT/S, SIZE 265/70/17 TIRES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE LOST AIR RAPIDLY, MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO MANEUVER TO THE SHOULDER. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED WITH A SPARE BY THE CONTACT. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 42,000.
