Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD F-150 STX SUPER CAB. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 20 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND DROVE TO THE DEALER. THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THE CANISTER VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 19,000.
