Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE CONTACT OPENED THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW AND NOTICED EXCESSIVE SHAKING IN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC. THE TECHNICIANS STATED THE SHAKING WAS CAUSED BY THE AIR PRESSURE ENTERING THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE WHEN THE WINDOW WAS OPENED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,500.
