Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO LOSE POWER ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE ACCELERATOR WHILE ATTEMPTING A TURN AND THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED ABNORMALLY SLOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE FAILURE, WHO ADVISED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED WHO INFORMED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER FOR FURTHER INSPECTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,756. UPDATED 05/31/12*LJ
