TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD RANGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE UNEXPECTEDLY SURGED FORWARD WHEN DRIVEN AT ANY SPEED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED AND NO REPAIRS WERE MADE ON THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
