Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 60 MPH, WHEN THE POWER REDUCE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE THEN DECELERATED ABNORMALLY AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE OVER 20 MPH. THE FAILURE WAS EXPERIENCED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTICS BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 70,000. *JS
