Consumer Description

MY 2008 DODGE NITRO OVERFLOWS OUT OF THE GAS INTAKE AFTER THE PUMP NOZZLE CLICKS OFF AND THE TANK IS FULL. THIS HAPPENED OCCASIONALLY AT FIRST BUT NOW HAPPENS AT EVERY FILL UP AND SPILLS GASOLINE ALL OVER MY CAR AND THE GROUND. THIS IS VERY UNSAFE AND IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH MANY DODGE AND JEEP OWNERS. THIS NEEDS TO BE A FACTORY RECALL AND BE ADDRESSED. IT HAS BEEN GOING ON WITH DODGE VEHICLES AS FAR BACK AS 2005 FROM INFORMATION I HAVE READ ON THE WEB. *JS
