REAR PASSENGER SEATBELT WOULD NOT UNLOCK TO EXTEND FOR USE. THIS SEATBELT HAD BEEN USED ABOUT 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO IT LOCKING UP WHEN TRYING TO PULL IT OUT FOR USE. IT WOULD NOT PULL OUT. *TR *JS
