TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BUICK TERRAZA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR WOULD UNLOCK AND OPEN WITHOUT WARNING WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED, BUT DENIED ANY ASSISTANCE WITH REPAIRS OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 40,000.
