Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT FUEL SPILLED OUT FROM THE FILLER NECK WHILE REFUELING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN THE DEALER AND THEY INFORMED HER THAT THE FAILURE MAY BE DUE TO THE FUEL TANK, BUT THEY WEREN'T EXACTLY SURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON AN INTERMITTENT BASIS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 79,200. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
