Consumer Description

WHILE SITTING IDLE AT A STOP LIGHT THE SEAT HEATER IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT IGNITED THE UPPER PORTION OF THE SEAT, CAUSING THE SEAT TO BURN AND FILLING THE CABIN WITH SMOKE. THE SEAT THEN CAUSED MY HUSBAND'S JACKET TO START ON FIRE. THE FIRE IN THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE EXTINGUISHED BY PACKING IT WITH SNOW. *TR
