Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HAVE A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE SERVICE, THE TECHNICIANS REFUSED TO PERFORM THE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE THE OIL PAN WAS RUSTED. THE TECHNICIANS ADVISED THAT THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE OIL PAN COULD RUPTURE. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY ADVISED THAT THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO ASSIST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
