TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 GMC EQUINOX. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 60 MPH WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME EXTREMELY HARD TO TURN. THE CONTACT HAD TO UTILIZE EXTREME PRESSURE IN ORDER TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,100 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 3,200.
