TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 FORD RANGER. THE CONTACT STATED IT WAS DIFFICULT TO SEE OUT OF THE SIDE VIEW MIRROR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE DEALER STATED THE LAW DID NOT ALLOW THEM TO CHANGE THE MIRROR. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN, BUT THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 99,000.
