Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 NISSAN MURANO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING UP AN INCLINE THE VEHICLE LOST POWER ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT HAD TO SHIFT INTO REVERSE IN ORDER TO MANEUVER THE VEHICLE OFF THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 05V319000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: ALTERNATOR GENERATOR REGULATOR). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER NOR WAS THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 71,000.
