TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2007 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 40 MPH WHEN THE TRANSMISSION BECAME RESISTANT TO SHIFTING AND SLIPPED IN AND OUT OF GEAR ERRONEOUSLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 102,000.
