TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WHEN THE TECHNICIAN ATTEMPTED TO ADD AIR TO THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE BUT THE FRAGMENTS OF THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM WAS ALSO FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A TIRE SHOP FOR REPAIR. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,000 UPDATED 1/20/12*CN
