TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET S10. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO A DITCH. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE SEAT BELTS DID NOT SUSTAIN HER PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 109,000.
