TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 GMC YUKON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE SPEEDOMETER INCREASED TO AN ABNORMAL READING OF 80 MPH BUT THE VEHICLE DID NOT INCREASE IN SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE VEHICLE. NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 62,295.
