Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THERE WAS A VERY LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE SWAY BAR LINK WAS FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE WELDED BACK TOGETHER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE WHO DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 49,000.
