Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD EXPEDITION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR MIDDLE SEAT SAFETY RESTRAINT WOULD DETACH AT ANYTIME. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED NO FAILURE WITH THE REAR SAFETY BELT, BUT THE PASSENGER SEAT WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 80,500.
