TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 65 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO LOOSE POWER ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT HAD TO RESTART THE VEHICLE FOR THE VEHICLE TO DRIVING NORMALLY. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND THE CONTACT FILED A COMPLAINT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 92,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 92,050.
