Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN SIGNALING TO TURN LEFT, THE RIGHT SIGNAL LIGHT WOULD FLASH AND WHEN SIGNAL LIGHT TO TURN RIGHT, THE LEFT SIGNAL LIGHT WOULD FLASH. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO EXPERIENCING FAILURES WITH THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WHERE THE WIPERS WOULD ONLY OPERATE WHEN SET ON LOW. THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FAILURE RECURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY ADVISED THAT THE MULTI-FUNCTION SWITCH FAILED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 45,000.
