TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE NITRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN REFUELING, FUEL WOULD SPILL OUT OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE WHO ADVISED REPLACING THE FUEL TANK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED WHO PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,500.
