Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BMW 325I. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR DOORS LOCKS FAILED BY USE OF THE KEY AND THE REMOTE. THE FRONT DOORS WERE STUCK IN THE LOCK POSITION AND THE REAR DOORS WERE STUCK IN THE UNLOCKED POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT EVERY DOOR ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 87,000.
