Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET UPLANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR OPENED WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 40 MPH. THE CONTACT STATED HAT THE FAILURE WOULD OCCUR WHEN ANY ROAD BUMP WAS DRIVEN OVER. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THE DEALER COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. THE DEALER ADVISED THAT ONCE THE PROBLEM RECURRED, TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN FOR INSPECTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,880.
