Consumer Description

BOTH TIRES ON BACK CUPPED AND I WAS TOLD BY DEALER THAT IT WAS BECAUSE I DID NOT ROTATE THEM. I HAD TO BUY TIRES AND ALSO PAY FOR ALIGNMENT. NOW AT 56251 MILES IT DID IT AGAIN. TOOK IT TO DEALER AGAIN AND NOW THEY DAY IT NEEDS A REAR ADJUSTMENT KIT THAT COST $240.00 DOLLARS AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. THE SERVICE CONSULTANT SAID IT WAS A FACTORY DEFECT BUT FORD SAYS IT ISN'T AND THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR IT. ALSO I TOOK IT IN BECAUSE IT MAKES A LOUD THUMP WHEN I HIT A BUMP. I TOLD THEM IT SOUNDS LIKE SHOCKS ARE BAD BUT THEY SAID NOTHING IS WRONG WITH CAR.
