Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT FAILED TO UNLOCK, CAUSING THE CONTACT TO HAVE TO CUT THE SEAT BELT IN ORDER TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,435 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 13,541.
