Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 10 MPH WHEN THE TRANSMISSION SLIPPED FROM FIRST GEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE WHO DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT BACK TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,400 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 7,800.
