Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO STALL. THE CONTACT HAD TO PULL OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CONTACT RESTARTED THE VEHICLE IT BEGAN TO STALL. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHO UPGRADED THE SOFTWARE. THE CONTACT STATED THE SOFTWARE UPGRADE DID NOT REMEDY THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,601.
