TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE SUN VISOR FAILED TO STAY IN PLACE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE VISOR WAS REPLACED BY THE DEALER ON THREE PREVIOUS OCCASIONS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
