TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ETC WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND AS A RESULT, SHE WAS UNABLE TO START THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE WOULD SURGE FORWARD INTERMITTENTLY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 99,939.
