2001 HONDA ACCORD. CONSUMER STATES PROBLEM WITH IGNITION KEY BEING REMOVABLE WHEN SHIFT LEVER IS OUT OF PARK *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED A RECALL WAS ISSUED FOR THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, WHEN HER HUSBAND CONTACTED THE DEALER, HE WAS INFORMED THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. *JB
