Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BUICK LACROSSE. WHILE DRIVING, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SPEEDOMETER AND FUEL GAUGE WOULD FLUCTUATE AND SHE WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE HOW FAST OR SLOW SHE WAS TRAVELING OR HOW MUCH GASOLINE WAS ACTUALLY IN THE VEHICLE. SHE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE SERVICE STABILITY TRACK AND SERVICE REAR AXLE INDICATOR LIGHTS WOULD ILLUMINATE ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE DEALER MADE SIX ATTEMPTS TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF THE FAILURE. NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 23,438. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,006.
