VEHICLE HAS 5000 MILES ON IT AND IT IS VERY WELL CARED FOR AND GARAGE KEPT. THE STEERING WHEEL COATING BEGAN TO PEEL, WHICH LEADS TO HANDS SLIPPING ON THE WHEEL AND THE LAYERS CONTINUE TO PEEL. NOTE: THIS INVOLVES A KIA SPORTAGE. THE KIA CHOICES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THIS MODEL. *TR
