Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BUICK LACROSSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH THE SERVICE SUSPENSION SOON LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE BECAUSE THE LIGHT WAS NO LONGER ILLUMINATING. THE SPEED SENSORS FOR THE WHEELS WERE REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,600. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
