ABS AND PARKING BRAKE LIGHTS WILL NOT GO OFF. DEALER HAS TOLD ME THAT THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKES WILL NOT WORK IN THIS CONDITION. STATE OF COLORADO WILL NOT ALLOW MY VEHICLE TO PASS THE REQUIRED EMISSIONS TEST WITH THE VEHICLE IN THIS CONDITION.
