TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, HE WAS NOTIFIED THAT BOTH OF THE COIL SPRINGS BROKE DUE TO CORROSION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 95,000.
