Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP COMMANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SUN ROOF WOULD LEAK WHENEVER IT WOULD RAIN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE DRAIN TUBE WAS UNCLOGGED BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AT LEAST THREE TIMES BUT THE TECHNICIANS WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE A REPAIR FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
