1998 BUICK REGAL. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO RECALL NOTICE *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED HE NO LONGER OWNS THE VEHICLE AS IT WAS TOTALED IN AN ACCIDENT DUE TO BEING HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER. HOWEVER, THE CONSUMER CONTINUES TO RECEIVE RECALL LETTERS REGARDING THE VEHICLE. *JB
