TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR WINDOWS AND REAR LIFT GATE WOULD NOT OPEN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,000.
