Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT PREVIOUSLY OWNED A 2006 KIA SPECTRA. THE TIRE BRAND WAS KELLY CHARGER GT AND THE TIRE SIZE WAS P205/50/R16 (NA). THE DOT WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT NOTICED PREMATURE WEAR ON THE TIRES AND TREAD SEPARATION. THE DEALER REPLACED ALL FOUR TIRES ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO ROAD CONDITIONS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 61,074. UPDATED 08/01/11*LJ THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A LETTER FROM GOODYEAR STATING THE TIRE FAILURES WERE DUE TO ROAD HAZARDS. UPDATED 08/31/11
