Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET IMPALA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFTER WAS STUCK IN PARK AND WOULD NOT ALLOW THE DRIVER TO MOVE THE VEHICLE AT ALL. IN ADDITION, THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT LATCH WAS FRACTURED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE CONTACTED BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
