I HAVE A 2007 JEEP LIBERTY AND @ 44,000 MILES I HAD TO HAVE THE COMPRESSOR REPLACED, THE AUTO SHOP STATED THAT THE WIRES BURNED OUT AND THIS STOP THE COMPRESSOR WORKING, I ASKED HOW THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED AND THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THIS COULD HAVE NOT BEEN AVOIDED DUE TO THE WAY JEEP HAS THE COMPRESSOR HOUSED.
