Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE INSPECTED, THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED THAT BOTH REAR COIL SPRINGS WERE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY ADVISED THAT THAT THERE WERE NO RELATED RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 133,000.
