TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT A HOLE WAS EXPANDING ON THE DRIVER SIDE FLOORBOARD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HOLE COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE HER FOOT TO BECOME STUCK ABNORMALLY WHILE ENGAGING THE BRAKES OR ACCELERATOR. THE CONTACT HAD NOT TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER OR A LOCAL MECHANIC FOR INSPECTION OR REPAIRS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 67,000.
