2007 GMC ENVOY BRAKES CONTINUE TO STAY ON AFTER BRAKE PEDAL IS RELEASED. THE VEHICLE CONTINUES TO SLOW TO A HALT AND OR TIRES LOCK IN PLACE ON THEIR OWN. THIS HAPPENED ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. ONCE WHILE IN THE DRIVEWAY AND OTHER ON A CROWDED STREET. *TR
