Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP COMMANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE AND TWO REAR DOOR HANDLES FRACTURED AND DETACHED FROM THE DOOR. AS A RESULT, THE DOORS WERE UNABLE TO BE OPENED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 72,000.
